Refund policy

We can accept returns and exchanges of all in stock items listed in the online shop unless stated otherwise. Please take time to check sizing guides before you order.
As all our garments are made in limited numbers if the size you require is out of stock then a refund or credit note in the form of an online gift card will be available.

MADE TO ORDER garments cannot be refunded but a size exchange or credit note will be offered. Please bear in mind if it is a size issue the 14 day turnaround period will begin from when the original garment arrives back to us. 
Again please check sizing guides before ordering and compare with an existing garment to get the best idea on fit. 

All items are hand checked prior to packing and posting, however in the case of a faulty/ defected item please contact us at info@seamjunkies.com within 7 days of receipt of your order. 

All returns must be pre- arranged and sent back in an unused, unworn condition with attached labels and in original packing. Returns must also be sent via a trackable courier or recorded postal service such as Royal Mail signed for.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, as not to be damaged in transit. 
We cannot take responsibility for any items damaged or lost in the system.
